MY EXPERIENCE AT BLUELOTUS

Blutterfly Parinaz is the newest member of the team Blutterflies. She shares with us her encounter and experience at Bluelotus.

My first day at Blue lotus was great. It started with making frantic calls from home to Pooja and Shefali until I came to know that the day was declared a holiday owing to heavy rains. The next day when I entered office I had a lot of things running on my mind. I wondered how the office would be like, how would the staff be whether I will be welcomed or not. But everyone was great, especially Subhash, Anuja, Isha and Vinayak. The moment I stepped in, they made me feel a part of the team. Shefali gave me an informative orientation of Bluelotus.

I cannot but mention my first day lunch–break encounter. During lunch time when I entered the pantry and took my seat, I saw someone quietly standing in a corner and having his lunch. I urged that person to take a chair while having lunch because I did not like someone standing and eating. But he politely declined and continued with his lunch. I persisted and he declined yet again. I then introduced myself and asked him casually for his name as I did not remember him being introduced to me. He then told me he was N. Chandramouli and his designation. He also told me that next time he will make sure that he is introduced to the people who join Bluelotus. I simply nodded and continued to have my lunch silently and let him have his in peace.

Since the weeks I have been here, I have noticed Bluelotus to be a place with a positive vibe and everyone tries to do his or her best. It equally encouraged me to give my best. The number of places I have visited in the past three weeks, for media rounds, I had not visited in the past whole year. I saw the strength and professionalism of the Blutterflies team when I was introduced to Ipsita and Yatin.

It came as a shock to me when Subhash announced that he was leaving. Even in the little time I spent with him, I loved his attitude and style of working. I was really looking forward to learn from him. We, as a team had our great moments of fun and bonding and we are surely going to miss him a lot. We just hope our next team lead is as good.

I too want to contribute to the benefit of our company in this difficult time for our group. I am positive we will do great and be the pride of Blue Lotus and help the company in the near future!
Thank you friends for this memorable experience...
